We summarize the news, and sometimes we will get something wrong. When we do, we want to correct it quickly and in the open.

How we handle corrections

If a summary misstates a fact, we correct or annotate it and, where it matters, note what changed. Because Owl Post links to the original publisher on every story, disputes about the underlying reporting are best raised with that source. Anything our summary got wrong is ours to fix.
